The Vice-Chancellor and the entire University Community wish to express heartfelt condolences to the Chimbira and Shava families for the loss of Mr Chakanetsa Chimbira and Ms Chengetanai Shava.
Mr Chakanetsa Chimbira was a Lecturer in the Department of Livestock and Wildlife Management under the Faculty of Natural Resources Management and Agriculture. Mr Chimbira passed away on Monday the 16th of July 2012 and will be laid to rest on Wednesday the 18th of July 2012 at his rural home in Murewa. Mourners are gathered at number 412 Senga Area 2, Gweru. (Opposite Matongo Primary school)
Please be advised that there will be a bus at Nyaradzo Funeral Services to ferry mourners to Murewa. The bus will leave for Murewa on Tuesday 17 July 2012 at a time to be advised.
Ms Chengetanai Shava was working in the Bursar’s Department as a Shopkeeper.Ms Shava passed away on Monday the 16th of July 2012 and will be laid to rest on Wednesday the 18th of July 2012 at her rural home in Mberengwa. Mourners are gathered at Plot 1, Coolmoreen, Kingston Park, Gweru. (Mr & Mrs Chigwaza’s residence)
