Professor Ngwabi Mulunge Bhebe is a distinguished scholar who obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Geography from the University of Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland (UBLS) in 1967. He received his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Imperial History from the University of London in 1972.

Mrs Nyarai Macheka is the Librarian of the Midlands State University.
She is a holder of the Higher National Diploma in Library and Information Science obtained from Harare Polytechnic; the Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies; and the Master of Science in Library and Information Science of the National University of Science and Technology.

Ms Mamelo Mavingire is the University’s first female Bursar. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Accounting and a Master of Commmerce in Accounting, both obtained from the Midlands State University.
