A registered social work practitioner and educator 13 years’ experience in university lecturing, university service and extension service and proven 10 years’ experience in programming, monitoring and evaluation with special emphasis on program/project evaluation, needs assessment and baseline studies, Solid track record in developing monitoring and evaluation systems, undertaking research, proposal writing and production of success stories, case studies, best practices and lessons learnt developing, Excellent communication, leadership, motivational skills and can interact effectively with clients, business prospects and staff.
