CATERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT

POST C : PORTER (4 Posts)

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 ordinary level passes
• At least one year’s proven history in the Catering field.

Duties and responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean kitchen work surfaces, floors, walls, and storage areas
• Dispose of waste and recycling according to health and safety procedures
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
