Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Midlands State University (MSU) will be held on 17 August 2026 starting at 1000 hours in the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development 6^th Floor Boardroom, Block F, Mgandane Dlodlo Building C, Harare, Corner Samora Machel and Simon V. Muzenda Street, Harare.

The purpose of the AGM is to transact the business stated below, in accordance with the Public Entities and Corporate Governance Act, Chapter 10:31, No. 4 of 2018, Section 33(3).
